Job summary

LifeStance Health seeks a Clinical Testing Psychologist to provide outpatient psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults in a patient-centered, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities include administering, scoring, and interpreting standardized tests; completing integrated diagnostic reports; collaborating with psychiatrists and therapists on treatment planning; and providing feedback sessions to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted psychologist license or license-eligible in the practicing state.
• Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program.
• Formal training in psychological and neuropsychological assessment.
• Familiarity with DSM-5 and evidence-based assessment practices.
• Eligibility for credentialing with major insurers/payers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, adolescents and adults.
• Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological and cognitive tests.
• Complete integrated diagnostic reports with clear recommendations.
• Provide feedback sessions to patients and families on testing results.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other clinicians on treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR.
• Adhere to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards in psychological practice.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for appropriate components of assessment.
• Participate in case consultation and clinical team meetings.
• Contribute to a patient-centered, culturally responsive care environment.
