Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Clinical/Testing Psychologist in the Greater St. Louis area. The role offers testing services, psychotherapy, or both, with full autonomy over your caseload and flexible schedules in a 100% outpatient setting.

The position is hybrid (Telemedicine and in-person), with competitive compensation based on productivity up to $115,000–$140,000 per year plus annual cash bonus incentive. Fully licensed in Missouri (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) and based in St. Louis is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed to practice in Missouri.
• Experience conducting a range of assessments for adults and/or children/adolescents.
• Experience with testing intakes, planning batteries, report writing and feedback sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide testing services and/or psychotherapy to adults and/or children/adolescents as part of a hybrid model.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, interpret results, and deliver feedback to clients.
• Collaborate with a collegial team to support patient care and work-life balance.
