LifeStance Health is seeking a Clinical Testing Psychologist in Kentucky to conduct outpatient psychological testing and provide feedback in person or via telehealth. You will collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other clinicians to support interdisciplinary care and referral development.

The role requires a doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD), Kentucky licensure, and board eligibility/certification, with hybrid and in-person scheduling options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) from an APA‑accredited program.
• Fully licensed in Kentucky; board eligible or board certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing intakes and plan assessment batteries.
• Administer psychological measures and interpret data.
• Write reports and provide feedback sessions.
• Clarify diagnoses, complete documentation and develop treatment plans.
