Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking Clinical Psychologists to join our Delaware outpatient team, providing testing and neuropsychological services in a flexible setting. You will collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, social workers and therapists to deliver patient-centered care.

Day-to-day activities include testing intakes, planning assessment batteries, administering measures, interpreting data, writing reports, and delivering feedback sessions. Hybrid/in-person options supported.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Fully licensed in Delaware.
• Board eligible or board certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing intakes and plan assessment batteries.
• Administer psychological and/or neuropsychological measures.
• Interpret data and write reports.
• Provide feedback sessions and clarify diagnoses.
• Complete documentation and collaborate with team members.
• Develop treatment plans.

Description

As a Testing Psychologist or Neuropsychologist at LifeStance Health, you will be an integral part of our growing team, serving the mental healthcare needs of our clients and community. You’ll see clients in an outpatient clinical setting for in-person testing, with intakes and feedback completed in person or via telehealth based on client and clinician preference. You will have the opportunity to provide interdisciplinary care and collaborate with other LifeStance professionals, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, social workers and therapists. You will see clients with a variety of backgrounds and reasons for referral, as appropriate for your training and interests, including concern for a developmental disability/autism, ruling in or out attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, psychiatric differential diagnosis, learning and achievement differences, and neurological insult or injury.
