Job summary

LifeStance Health is hiring Clinical Testing Psychologists for our Vancouver, WA area offices. We seek professionals licensed in Washington (PhD or PsyD) with experience across the lifespan, including access to testing intakes, assessment planning, and report writing.

The psychologist will participate in a hybrid work model with telemedicine and in-person services, supported by full administrative staff and modern offices. Strong patient care and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed and credentialed in Washington (PhD or PsyD).
• Experience with testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, administering psychological measures, interpreting data, report writing, feedback sessions, clarifying diagnoses, completing documentation, and developing treatment plans.
• Experience with autism evaluations for children and adolescents is a plus.
• Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s).

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and select appropriate psychological measures.
• Administer and score psychological tests.
• Interpret results and prepare comprehensive reports with feedback sessions.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families.
• Maintain thorough documentation in the patient record and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
