Job summary

LifeStance Health in Washington is seeking licensed or in-licensure Clinical Psychologists to join our outpatient behavioral health team. You’ll provide a mix of therapy and psychological assessments for children, adolescents and adults, with licensure in WA or in process.

We offer a competitive compensation package ($125,000–$160,000), W2 employment, sign-on bonus, cash-based incentives, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with 4% match, and both part-time and full-time options.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed or already in the process of licensure in WA state.
• Experienced with caring for children, adolescents or across the lifespan.
• Graduated from an APA accredited doctoral program.
• Mix of Therapy and Assessments based role.

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of therapy and psychological assessments in outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care.
• Maintain licensure requirements and document clinical work according to policy.
