Job summary

enGen seeks an Associate Technical Analyst to support automated testing for clinical and business applications, focusing on UiPath. You'll work with Epic analysts, application teams, and vendors to design, build, and maintain automated test scripts while learning QA best practices.

The role emphasizes testing, documentation, and continuous improvement, with exposure to Git/GitLab and lifecycle management in a healthcare context. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or related field or relevant experience.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field (preferred).
• Experience with healthcare applications, Epic, or clinical workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with creation and maintenance of deliverables and requirements.
• Collaborate across the technology delivery lifecycle to drive project success.
• Support testing plans, scenarios, documentation, and defect management to minimize production defects.
• Communicate project status and documentation to stakeholders and vendors.
• Adapt to additional duties as assigned.
