Job summary

Intuitive Surgical in Orlando is seeking a Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) to join the Orlando team for a 24+ month developmental program across technical, clinical, and sales domains. Responsibilities include assisting in surgeon trainings, conducting in-services for OR staff and surgeons, and driving territorial growth.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in outside sales, willingness to travel up to 25%, and a Bachelor’s degree.

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a 24+ month developmental role that will partner with the Orlando team to gain knowledge in all aspects of our business to include technical, clinical, and sales.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay + commission, benefits, and equity. The on target earnings for this position are listed.
