Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or Clinical Engineering.
• ICC/USCC Clinical Engineer certification.
• Associate's degree with 10 years BMET experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent CTS on technology and facility projects and new system implementations.
• Provide technical advice for pre-purchase planning and equipment selection; research equipment and prepare costs-benefit analyses.
• Prepare purchase specifications and test equipment for acceptance (maintenance, operation, cost of parts, disposables).
• Oversee incident investigations and recalls; conduct investigations as assigned.
• Prepares and conducts technical in-service programs for nurses and medical staff on equipment operation and safety.
