About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Technician (Aide) to work at our Fenton Clinic. This is a part-time position with flexible hours. It's a great opportunity for someone seeking exposure or experience in the medical field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve clinic appearance through regular duties such as cleaning tables and equipment, assisting with laundry, and managing supplies.
• Enhance patient and client experience through concierge-like customer service.
• Assist with patient interactions under the supervision of the PT.
• Support front office staff with answering phones, greeting patients, and scheduling appointments.
• Assist PTs with digital technology and EMR as needed to improve clinic operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some college in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• Experience working in a service industry and within a physical therapy setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• High level of initiative and reliability.
• Ability to move continuously throughout the day, including standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.

Certifications

• CPR certification preferred.
