Job summary

The position features a 36-hour week, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM shifts, and a sign-on bonus opportunity. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with nursing student status or related program graduates, plus phlebotomy certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant healthcare education preferred.
• Candidate may be a nursing student or graduate with related clinical training.
• Phlebotomy certification or experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record patient data such as vitals with accuracy.
• Respond to patient needs and partner with RNs for safety and comfort.
• Notice small changes and report promptly to the care team.
• Assist with mobility and help patients ambulate as directed.
• Support oxygen devices and assist with post-procedure slings as needed.
• Perform Foley, bladder scans, enema, glucose checks, and document results.
• Assist with daily activities like dressing, meals, and hygiene.
• Support RNs during equipment use and bedside procedures.
• Provide culturally sensitive care from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Deliver compassionate interactions to patients and families.
