Job summary

Fast Pace Health is seeking a Clinical Tech to provide clinical and administrative support under supervision of a Provider. You will deliver compassionate patient care, respond quickly to changes in condition, and support telehealth workflows.

The role requires maintaining patient confidentiality, coordinating with team members, and learning compliance requirements. A High School Diploma and CPR certification are required, with MA/EMT/Paramedic credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Certification as Medical Assistant, EMT or Paramedic is preferred and will be considered.
• Ability to learn compliance trainings and maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support to the care team.
• Maintain friendly, professional relations with patients and staff.
• Assist with triage, patient intake, and charting.
• Support telehealth and in-clinic workflows.
• Ensure compliance with health information policies and procedures.
