Job summary

Fast Pace Health is seeking a Clinical Tech to provide clinical and administrative support under the supervision of a Provider, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. You will deliver compassionate patient service and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include preparing exam rooms, triage, phlebotomy, assisting with procedures, coordinating referrals, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. A CPR license is required; 1 year of MA/EMT/Paramedic experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current CPR license is required or to be obtained within 7 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of experience as an MA, EMT, or Paramedic preferred in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill responsibilities of Patient Care Specialist as detailed in job description.
• Maintain friendly, cordial relations with employees and patients.
• Deliver clinical and administrative support for the team, adhering to policies and procedures.
• Adhere to Core Values: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care and friendliness.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake and triage patients (vitals, blood draws, injections).
• Assist with lab testing, phlebotomy, minor procedures, and telehealth services.
• Ensure patient charts are accurately completed and forwarded daily.
• Arrange referrals and obtain pre-authorizations as directed.
