Job summary

Fast Pace Health is seeking a Clinical Tech to provide clinical and administrative support under supervision. The role includes preparing exam rooms, triaging patients, performing blood draws, assisting with minor procedures, and supporting telehealth services.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:1 year of MA/EMT/Paramedic preferred in clinic setting, urgent care.
• Certification: CPR license within 7 days of hire; TB/IV certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill responsibilities of Patient Care Specialist as detailed in job description.
• Maintain friendly, cordial relations with employees and customers.
• Provide clinical and administrative support for the team while adhering to company policies.
• Follow core values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
• Comply with HIPAA and health information management standards; prepare exam rooms; triage patients; assist with lab testing and phlebotomy.
• Assist with telehealth patient charts and virtual visits; manage referrals and pre-authorizations as directed.
