Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is partnering with Lifepoint Health to offer travel nurse opportunities in Marquette, MI. Positions are 8, 10, or 13 weeks with guaranteed hours and direct deposit pay.

You will assist in patient care, monitor and communicate patient status, and coordinate care across disciplines while adhering to standards and policies. Housing or subsidy is provided, with competitive pay rates and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Acute care experience in a hospital setting is required.
• Certifications as required for specific position.
• Degree from an accredited school is required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharge, referrals, and psychosocial support.
• Evaluate learning needs of patients and/or family and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.

This community hospital is seeking a highly skilled healthcare professional to join their team for an 8, 10, or 13 week assignment based on the facility need.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist Healthcare professionals in delivering patient care
