Ensure required general, protocol, and study-specific training is completed before applicable screening and study activities. Serve as the first point of operational escalation for study execution issues within the assigned team. Step into Study Coordinator or other clinical operations responsibilities when needed to support study or clinic requirements.

Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding team capacity, operational needs, and study-related issues. Perform other duties as assigned.
  • People Leadership Responsibilities: Directly supervise assigned clinical research team members. Manage performance reviews, ongoing feedback, employee development, time and attendance, and mentor assignments.
