Formación

• Associate's degree in nursing or related field required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) credentials per state requirements
• Experience in clinical supervision or leadership preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead clinical supervision of staff to ensure optimal patient care
• Prioritize workloads and assign tasks to team members
• Provide safe, effective patient care with a compassionate approach
• Participate in staff and patient education and onboarding of new employees
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting requirements
• Support ongoing performance improvement activities of the clinic
