Job summary

Third Space is a virtual mental health practice serving Medicaid patients across the United States. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Talent Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists across multiple states.

You will partner with clinical leadership and the COO to align roles with licensing requirements, build pipelines, and manage the candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in healthcare or high-volume clinical settings.
• Direct experience recruiting mental or behavioral health providers (therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists) is preferred.
• Knowledge of mental health licensure pathways and credentialing processes.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists across states.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including networks, boards, associations, job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across licensure levels.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess clinical qualifications, licensing status, and cultural fit.
• Partner with clinical leadership and COO to understand role requirements by state.
