Lilly invites motivated science students to join the Clinical Talent Development Internship Program in Indianapolis, IN. Interns will contribute to planning, design, and analytics within the CDDA organization, gaining exposure to multiple clinical development processes and AI‑assisted work practices.

Participants work on defined projects, with opportunities to build future technical leadership and understand the pharmaceutical industry, while aligning with Lilly’s commitment to ethical standards

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Graduate Program.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
• Prior internship or experience in clinical/pharmaceutical research is preferred.
