Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health in Livingston, NJ is seeking a part-time Clinical Support Staff member to support our IOP and Partial Care clinic. You will assist with groups, client check-ins, and skill-building activities for adolescents and young adults ages 12-18.

The role offers flexible weekday hours, Monday through Friday, with morning and evening shifts. Join a team dedicated to reducing anxiety, depression, and suicide risk, while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, behavioral science, or equivalent field.
• Experience working with adolescents (ages 12-18).
• Experience in a behavioral or mental health setting.
• Ability to pass a state background check.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office & EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Partial Care and IOP Program teams by facilitating groups, assisting with client check-ins, and supporting clients in practicing skills that promote emotion regulation.
• Comfort with ages 12 - 18 yrs. of age.
• Prepare and supply group rooms.
• Attend weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meetings as needed.
• Engage in professional and positive rapport with clients, families, co-workers, and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of group rooms and office space including supplies, furniture and equipment.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Embark in Livingston, NJ is looking for part-time Clinical Support Staff who align with our mission of reducing adolescent and young adult anxiety, depression and suicide to join our IOP and Partial Care clinic in Livingston, NJ.Come join our team of empathetic professionals who are passionate about creating joy and healing generations together! Hourly Pay Rate:$22.50 per hour

Part-Time:Flexible availability Monday - Friday, Morning and Evening hours

Clinic operating hours: 8:30am -7:00pm

AsClinical Support Staffyou will be supported by an experienced leadership team, Clinical Director, Executive Director, and Administrative Team that are all focused on the mission to facilitate lasting positive change for young people and their families.
