Symmetrio is actively recruiting for a Clinical Support Specialist to provide clinical support for scheduled procedures at hospital accounts, with the ideal candidate based in Minnesota. The role entails collaboration with surgeons, OR teams, oncology professionals, and hospital stakeholders to support procedures, educate on products, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related life sciences field preferred.
• Experience in operating room, surgical, procedural, or medical device environment.
• Experience providing case coverage or direct clinical support during procedures preferred.
• Medical device clinical support or similar healthcare field experience preferred.
• Comfortable working directly with physicians, nurses, and hospital teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and clinical education skills.
• Ability to learn and communicate technical and clinical information effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hospital accounts and scheduled procedures.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Experience in neurosurgery, oncology, or related surgical specialties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth clinical support and technical expertise to medical teams using advanced surgical technology in operating room environments, focusing on neurology-related procedures.
• Deliver hands-on training for neurosurgeons, OR nurses, and staff.
• Support site readiness activities, including system installation and qualification with engineering teams.
• Attend and support live cases, assist with troubleshooting and document case metrics.
• Build and sustain relationships with clinical stakeholders to support long-term satisfaction.
• Document post-case findings, outcomes, feedback, and insights through reporting tools.
• Act as liaison between clinical users and technical support for continuous improvement.

Symmetrio is actively recruiting for a Clinical Support Specialist for its client, a growing oncology medical device company.

This role will provide clinical support for scheduled procedures at hospital accounts throughout the Houston market. The Clinical Support Specialist will work closely with surgeons, operating room teams, oncology professionals, and other hospital stakeholders to support procedures, provide product education, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with operating room, procedural, or medical device case coverage experience who enjoys working directly with physicians and clinical teams.

The ideal candidate will be based in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth clinical support and technical expertise to medical teams utilizing advanced surgical technology in operating room environments, with a focus on neurology-related procedures.
• Deliver effective, hands-on training for neurosurgeons,OR nurses and supporting staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related clinical or life sciences field preferred.
• Previous experience working in an operating room, surgical, procedural, or medical device environment.
• Experience providing case coverage or direct clinical support during procedures preferred.
• Medical device clinical support, nursing, surgical services, or similar field-based healthcare experience preferred.
• Comfortable working directly with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary hospital teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and clinical education skills.
• Ability to learn and communicate technical and clinical information effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hospital accounts and scheduled procedures.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Experience in neurosurgery, oncology, radiation oncology, or other surgical specialties is a plus, but not required.

Base: $100,000.00 plus bonus incentives
