Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Location: Based in Ohio (Cleveland area preferred)

Type: 12-Month Contract

Pay: Up to $40/hr (W2) + Mileage Reimbursement

About the Role

One of our Esteemed medical device manufacturers is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Field Specialist to support the Advanced Patient Monitoring portfolio.

In this field-based role, you will travel across hospitals in Ohio (primarily the Cleveland area) to train, support, and educate ICU, OR, and critical care staff on BD’s advanced monitoring technologies.

You will serve as a clinical expert and trusted advisor, ensuring the safe and successful adoption of products while partnering closely with the BD sales team to drive outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Provide intra-operative case coverage, bedside support, and clinical guidance during product use
• Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions for ICU, OR, and cardiac teams
• Collaborate with sales reps and managers to implement territory plans and drive product adoption
• Train select hospital staff as “super users” to support ongoing education
• Validate software/hardware updates in the field as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years clinical experience in an acute care setting
• Associate’s degree (or higher) in Nursing or related clinical field
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular science, anatomy, and hemodynamics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in critical care, cardiac ICU/OR, or a medical device field role is highly preferred
• Must be based in Ohio and open to travel (Cleveland area focus)
