Veterinary Referral Center of Central Oregon (VRCCO) is seeking a Clinical Support Operations Manager to lead non-medical oversight of our high-volume clinical teams. The Clinical Support Operations Manager builds, improves, and sustains the daily operating system for the clinical support teams at Veterinary Referral Center of Central Oregon (VRCCO). This role drives operational organization, leadership infrastructure, staffing coordination, and accountability routines to ensure high‑volume clinical teams work seamlessly across departments.
This is a non-medical leadership role focused entirely on management infrastructure; a veterinary technician credential is not required.
