Responsabilidades

• Under supervision, provide entry-level services as appropriate to the day-to-day operating objectives of the clinical area.
• Receives guidance, training and mentoring from personnel in the planning and carrying out activities and assignments, contributing to their understanding of healthcare operations and professional standards within a clinical environment.
• (20%) Undertake and/or participate in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise appropriate to the needs of the organization.
• (20%) Participate in the planning and implentation of unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise and ability.
• (20%) Display effective communication skills by interacting directly with patients, colleagues, and/or other internal or external constituencies in the planning of assignments and the resolution of day-to-day operational problems.
• (10%) As specifically requested by management, conduct research and reporting inclusive of recommendations or alternative proposals for action.
• (10%) Undertake related studies or enrichment programs to further develop understanding of healthcare systems and clinical roles.
• (10%) Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• (10%) Other duties as assigned or requested.
