Methodist Hospital Northeast, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Clinical Support Coordinator Operating Room to mentor new graduate nurses and those moving into new specialties, guiding learning and ensuring safe, high-quality patient care.

Rounding on units, coaching in real-time, and collaborating with unit leaders to strengthen practice and teamwork are key parts of the role. Texas RN license required; BLS within 30 days. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
• Current Texas RN license or Multi-State Compact with Texas license within 60 days.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

As a Clinical Support Coordinator, you will be a trusted clinical mentor who helps new graduate nurses and nurses moving into new specialties understand their roles, grow their clinical skills, and deliver safe, quality care. By rounding on units, guiding real-time learning, and coaching in critical moments, you will strengthen confidence, improve practice, and help care teams improve more lives in more ways.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Rounding on nursing units to observe care, provide in-the-moment coaching, and reinforce safe, quality nursing practice
• Guiding new and transitioning nurses through skill development, clinical judgment, care planning, and escalation processes

What qualifications you will need:

• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 60 days of hire date)
