This role supports continuity of care and authorization processes by serving as a clinical point of contact for referring providers, coordinating documentation for authorizations, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure timely treatment initiation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a clinical point of contact for referring providers and internal teams.
• Build trusted relationships with physicians, nurses, and care teams.
• Coordinate and validate clinical documentation required for authorizations.
• Manage a portfolio of patients through referral, authorization, and treatment initiation.
• Partner with Business Development Managers to support account planning and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Prior Authorization, Pre-Registration, and Field Operations teams.
