As a Clinical Support Assistant in the WIS Unit, you will bring your excellent time management skills and administrative experience to our department! This position is essential to maintaining efficient operations and effective workforce management within the unit. The role is responsible for coordinating staffing and scheduling activities across WIS including schedule development and balancing, timekeeping support, and workforce gap analysis. By ensuring appropriate staffing coverage, payroll accuracy, and proactive workforce planning, this position plays a critical role in supporting optimal patient care delivery. Candidates must possess strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, along with demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

This position provides clerical and administrative services and assistance requiring occasional discretion and judgement. This position will support the service line or department Director with timecard editing, field file management and occupational health tracking. This position will track equipment as appropriate. This position will assist with compiling audits and compliance reports as well as submitting security requests for system access for team members. This position will create onboarding schedules and new hire activities.
