Job summary

BioMarin is seeking a Summer Intern to support the Clinical Supply Chain (CSC) operations, documentation, reconciliation, and reporting. Over 10–12 weeks, you will gain hands‑on experience in clinical trial execution, supply chain operations, health authority documentation practices, and AI‑enabled tools to streamline CSC processes.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to create centralized documentation, assist with contract reconciliation, and contribute to dashboards and reporting

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple data sources.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities, especially reconciling information across systems or documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint or similar document management systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with cross‑functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a centralized repository for clinical program documentation, including eTMF‑related records and outstanding filings.
• Retrieve required documents and engage with partners to identify and obtain missing documentation.
• Support compliance and audit readiness by ensuring proper organization, version control, and completeness of document sets.
• Consolidate key terms and obligations across contracts to support CSC operational clarity.
• Reconcile contract spend, budgets, and actuals to ensure traceability with program activities.
• Assist with AI‑based reporting tools or dashboard enhancements to improve transparency.
• Contribute to prototypes that improve data collection, analysis, and visualization across CSC areas.
