Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a TDS Clinical Supply Chain Planning Co-Op in Malvern, PA. This six-month, full-time on-site assignment runs roughly January to June 2027, with 40 hours per week and flexible start date.

As part of the CSC organization, you will support planning operations, data validation in SAP, and cross-functional collaboration to improve data quality and planning processes while gaining exposure to R&D drug development.

Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
• Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Supply Chain Planning activities across the R&D lifecycle.
• Lead planning data clean-up to improve accuracy and consistency.
• Assess SAP planning data and identify opportunities to improve quality.
• Support development and implementation of SAP data validation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve supply chain challenges.
• Apply analytical and creative problem-solving to identify improvements.
• Promote planning process improvements that boost efficiency and data quality.
• Manage assigned project activities with stakeholders.
• Communicate progress, findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Deliver a final Co-Op presentation on outcomes and learnings.
