Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Naperville seeks an experienced healthcare operations leader to oversee staff, scheduling, and resources for the vascular surgery practice. This full-time role focuses on building efficient teams and high-quality patient care.

The role requires compliance with OSHA and HIPAA, staff development, and strong collaboration with the management team. Travel to clinic sites is required; competitive base pay and incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience is required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in health care or business management preferred.
• If clinical, current licensure in good standing required.
• Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA is preferred.
• Prefer a minimum of two years in a supervisory role in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Planning: Participates in planning discussions with input into goals for the Practice. Focused more on schedules of staff and physicians ensuring resources are available to meet anticipated daily work loads.
• Controlling: Assesses work against outcomes: productivity, quality, timeliness; tracks results. Recommends improvements in work processes.
• Human Resources: Hires, orients, and trains staff; conducts performance appraisals, coaches and disciplines staff; communicates policies and responsibilities.
• Patient Satisfaction: Responds to patient complaints and resolves; involves Practice Manager if needed.
• Duly Health and Care Activities: Member of the Management Team, representing the Practice to other Duly Health and Care management associates.

Position Highlights:

• Vascular Surgery
• Full-Time; 40 hours/week
• Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm (may need to start earlier/work later if needed)
• Location: Naperville (home site)
• Travel: Required to travel to clinic sites as needed

• Patient Satisfaction: Responds to patient complaints and works to resolve. Appropriately involves the Practice Manager if resolution cannot be reached.
• Duly Health and Care Activities: Member of the Management Team, representing their Practice to other Duly Health and Care management associates. May participate in Ad Hoc or Standing Committees. Representative of Duly Health and Care in the community at large.

Qualifications:

• Clinical Experience required
• Associates and or Bachelor's degree in Health care or Business Management preferred
• If a clinical professional, current licensure in good standing required.
• Knowledge of OSHA, and HIPAA.
• Prefer a minimum of two years in a supervisory role in a health care setting

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $62,920-94,380, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
