Job summary

Minnesota Sex Offender Program in Moose Lake, MN is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary team within a secure, therapeutic setting.

You will oversee sex offense specific treatment programming, mentor staff, supervise clinical practice, lead meetings, coordinate care across teams, and perform administrative duties including labor agreements, hiring, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in psychology, social work, or closely related field.
• Licensed or license eligible as a mental health professional (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW) in Minnesota.
• At least three years’ clinical experience with mental health and/or sex offense specific treatment or assessment; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing implementation of sex offense specific treatment programming.
• Providing clinical oversight and guidance to a team of clinical staff.
• Providing regular supervision related to clinical skill, treatment planning, client progress, and documentation.
• Facilitating meetings with multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintaining a therapeutic environment.
• Providing administrative duties, such as labor agreements, hiring and performance management.
