Responsibilities

• Eligible for sign‑on bonus **
• The Clinical Nursing Supervisor assumes shift responsibility and accountability for the planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care to the patient, family, care partner and appropriate others.
• Coordinates multi‑disciplinary team members, directs and facilitates nursing staff in obtaining safe, optimal health care outcomes.
• Supports activities that meet the facility vision, mission and goals.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.

Qualifications

Education requirements: Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program. BSN preferred.

Work experience requirements: Minimum of one‑year full‑time or three‑years part‑time experience in acute‑care specialty nursing. One to three years supervisory experience preferred.

Required licenses/certifications/courses: Current South Carolina or qualifying compact state nursing license. BLS, ACLS and PALS (upon hire); NRP and TNCC (within 6 months). ENPC preferred.

Required skills, knowledge and abilities: Must successfully pass any pre‑employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
