Job summary

Trinity Health's Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka, IN seeks a Registered Nurse to coordinate daily clinical operations at the assigned facility. The role reports to the Director and works with the Practice Manager to ensure smooth functional support and efficient physician office operations.

The ideal candidate will hold an Associate degree in nursing in addition to an Indiana RN license, with a preference for bachelor's education and at least three years of healthcare experience,

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required; bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Indiana Registered Nurse License (RN-IN) is required.
• Minimum of three years of related healthcare experience, or educational equivalency, with proficiency in coding systems (ICD-9-CD, CPT-4 HCPCS).

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily clinical and operational issues when the Practice Manager is absent or unavailable.

JOB SUMMARY

• Reports to the Director of the respective site within SJ Physician Network. In collaboration with the Practice Manager, is responsible for the effective coordination of all daily clinical operational support functions of the assigned facility and performs duties necessary to maintain a smooth functioning and efficient physician office. Will respond to daily clinical and operational issues when the Practice Manager is absent or unavailable.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES

• Education: Associate degree in nursing required. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Advanced clinical or business education is preferred.
• Licensure: Indiana Registered Nurse License (RN-IN).
• Education . A minimum of three years of related healthcare experience, or educational equivalency, where proficiency with coding systems - - such as ICD-9-CD, CPT-4 (HCPCS) - - was attained, is required.
