Under the direction of the Practice Leadership, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for clinical leadership of the daily activities in the practice. Incumbent is responsible for direct oversight of practice-based clinical staff.
Performs duties in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies, and procedures.
Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization UPHS Organizational Behavioral Competencies.
