Burrell Behavioral Health in Springfield, MO seeks a Clinical Supervisor for Recovery Services to guide clinicians delivering evidence-based treatment to individuals recovering from substance use disorders.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with leadership, and help shape innovative interventions within a supportive team environment. Requires Missouri licensure and supervisory eligibility within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
• Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri with post-supervision experience.
• Approval to supervise provisionally licensed counselors within 12 months (Missouri).
• 1+ year experience in substance use disorder treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight to the clinical team and meet treatment goals for clients.
• Coordinate with management to shape program development and implementation.
• Lead supervision of clinicians, peer specialists and community supports.
• Oversee staff training in assessment, treatment planning and engagement.
• Monitor documentation quality, time, productivity and compliance.
