Job summary

Abode Services seeks a Clinical Supervisor in Santa Clara County to lead a multidisciplinary team and oversee clinical services for chronically homeless individuals with serious mental health and co‑occurring conditions. The role requires licensure (LCSW/LMFT), post‑licensure supervision experience, and a strong Medi‑Cal background.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology is required.
• LCSW or LMFT licensure is required.
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical supervision experience.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in community mental health or co‑occurring programs.
• 2 years of field experience with severely mentally ill or chronically homeless populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to ASWs and MFT interns; coach staff and ensure quality of care.
• Develop bio-psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and psychiatric interventions.
• Review clinical notes, assessments, and treatment plans to ensure Medi-Cal compliance.
• Lead clinical policy development and maintain accurate client records.
• Deliver mental health services and participate in program development and implementation of programmatic changes.
• Facilitate crisis debriefings and staff supervision to ensure continuity of care.
