Job summary

ACES is a leading ABA service provider delivering care in homes, centers, schools and communities. This role focuses on designing and implementing ABA programs, collaborating with families and supervising behavior therapists across multiple client sites.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, sociology, education, ABA or related field required.
• Proven ABA experience in developing and implementing client programs.
• Enthusiastic leaders who enjoy training, managing and supporting entry-level direct care staff.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement a wide range of ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to client needs.
• Supervise direct care staff (behavior therapists) and travel between regionalized clients.
• Evaluate and update client progress reports via data collection software.
• Participate in organizational improvements using OBM.
