Job summary

A leading mental healthcare provider in Federal Way is seeking licensed therapists to join their clinical team. This position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000-$115,000 with a sign-on bonus. Therapists will work in a hybrid environment, providing care to both adults and children. Candidates must be fully licensed in Washington State as LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW. Qualifications

• Locations are throughout the area to make commuting easier

• Monday - Friday with weekends optional

• Hybrid Schedule between office and home
• Full In office

Therapists are a critical part of our clinician team. We are seeking Therapists that are:

• Fully Licensed in Washington State as one of the following:
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW)
• Must be a Washington State Approved Clinician Supervisor (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Experienced with Adult and/ or child and adolescent populations
• Individual and or couples therapy
