As a Clinical Supervisor at ourLittleton, New Hampshire urgent care clinic, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring day-to-day operational efficiency while contributing to the clinic’s long-term strategic goals within ConvenientMD.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, team leadership, and workflow coordination, and must hold an active clinical license as an RN, LPN, Medical Assistant, or EMT-B/Paramedic.
This is a dual-role position: in addition to practice supervisory responsibilities, you will be required to support clinical operations by working scheduled clinical shifts in your licensed role, actively practicing alongside your team as part of the clinical staffing model.
