Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid NYS LCSW required.
• At least one year of clinical supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Strong engagement, assessment, and diagnostic skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the DSM-5.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual and group supervision to Masters-level clinicians and interns.
• Oversee clinical documentation and ensure timely completion of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and referrals.
• Offer clinical oversight of cases and supervise administrative tasks.
• Mentor staff to maintain high performance and adherence to policies.
• Perform risk and crisis intervention, including referrals to emergency services.
• Lead case conferences and clinical team meetings to maintain quality of care.
