Job summary

Penny Lane Centers in Lancaster is looking for a Clinical Supervisor for their Community and Family Resource Center. Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years' experience providing services to inner city clients from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds preferred.
• Minimum two years (2) years' experience in management, supervision, or program development preferred.
• Valid California driver's license and a clean driving record accepted by the organization's insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the CFRC Case Managers and Community Engagement Specialists.
• Ensure quality services are provided in a timely manner.
• Cultivate relationships with partner agencies/community-based organizations.
