Job summary

A leading health system in Philadelphia is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to coordinate patient activities within Invasive Cardiology Labs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, and either a Certified CVT or BSN, along with a minimum of five years of clinical experience in Cardiac Catheterization or Electrophysiology Labs. This role requires strong leadership and collaborative skills to effectively direct nursing activities and serve as a resource for the staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, directs, prioritizes and facilitates, in collaboration with the Associate Directors, attending physicians and Physician Extenders all patient activities within the Invasive Cardiology Labs (Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology).
• Represents nursing and takes a leadership role and functions as a resource to all staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, Certified CVT required if not RN, BSN required if a RN. (Internal candidates will be considered if a BSN or BS to MSN is in progress).
• Five years clinical experience in Cardiac Cath or Electrophysiology Labs required.
