McLaren Health Care in Michigan seeks a Nursing Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the nursing and home health aide departments. You will ensure quality patient services and help manage costs through effective staffing and service delivery.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, conducting performance discussions, and coordinating with clients, families and other disciplines to maintain high standards of care. A Michigan RN license and home health experience are required.

To assure quality patient services and facilitate processes in accordance with agency policies and procedures. Plans, directs, and participates in the delivery of professional services, assists in controlling costs through effective use of personnel, establishes and implements priorities for services.
