Job summary

Autonomous Behavior Solutions LLC is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor in Los Angeles for a hybrid role supervising ABA programs across in-clinic, in-home, and school settings. The position supports a diverse client population and requires strong ABA expertise and supervision experience.

You will lead functional assessments, design programs, and mentor RBTs and technicians while coordinating with educational teams. This role emphasizes ethical, family-centered care and cultural responsiveness.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • BCBA certification in good standing with BACB®.
  • At least 5 years of experience with children diagnosed with autism or developmental delays.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in ABA settings.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and experience with FBA/BIP development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience providing remote supervision.
  • Commitment to cultural responsiveness, ethical practice, and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians and RBTs on intervention plans and data collection systems.
  • Ensure ongoing progress monitoring, data analysis, and goal refinement.
  • Collaborate with assistant supervisors, school psychologists, educators, and administrative teams to implement behavior support plans.
  • Support MTSS practices.
  • Lead team trainings and contribute to clinical program development.
  • Attend IEP meetings and provide clinical consultation within school settings as needed.
  • Maintain a minimum of 15-20 hours for our part-time position.
  • The part-time position must be available during our prime after-school hours, between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM PST.

As a Clinical Supervisor - BCBA at Autonomous Behavior Solutions

Your role would be:

Essential Functions
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Support trauma-informed and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) practices.
  • Lead team trainings and contribute to clinical program development.
  • Attend IEP meetings and provide clinical consultation within school settings as needed.
  • Maintain a minimum of 15-20 hours for our part-time position.
  • The part-time position must be available during our prime after-school hours, between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM PST.
Additional Functions
  • Actively communicates Autonomous Behavior Solutions’ outreach efforts to the community.
  • Responds to referrals for service in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Participates in professional meetings or conferences deemed to be beneficial for program development.

Required Education and Experience
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Hybrid work includes in-clinic, in-home, and remote consultation.

  • Must be able to support clients displaying physical aggression, self-injury, or other challenging behaviors
  • Frequent interactions with families, educators, and allied professionals
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
  • 15-20 billable hours per week
  • Telehealth/Hybrid Position (In-clinic, home, telehealth)
  • Hours vary based on caseload and client availability.
