ServiceNet’s Developmental Brain Injury Services (DBIS) division seeks a Clinical Supervisor and BCBA to lead behavioral support services across DBIS programs. The role emphasizes trauma-informed BSPs, PBS, and a person-centered approach to autonomy and dignity of risk.
The ideal candidate has a Master’s in ABA/related field, BCBA, MA licensure eligibility, and 3–5 years in developmental disabilities with PBS experience. Hybrid schedule in Massachusetts with opportunities for advancement.

We’re seeking a Clinical Supervisor and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide leadership and guide the behavioral support services across our DBIS programs.
