Job summary

Accel Therapies in Victorville, CA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead functional assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, and drive strong clinical outcomes.

You will supervise and mentor BTs and Program Supervisors, deliver parent training, and collaborate within a pod model to support peers. This role offers in-person hybrid services, a supportive team, ongoing professional development, and opportunities to participate in research collaborations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Experience with individuals with autism and developmental needs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and supervision to BTs and Program Supervisors.
• Deliver parent training and ensure high clinical quality.
• Maintain 30 billable hours per week.

Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)

Location: Victorville, CA (Industrial Blvd, 92395)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Work Setting: In-person Hybrid Services, Center-Based and Home-Based ABA

Remote/ Work From Home Flexibility: 2 WFH days per week

Total Earnings Potential: $101-111,000 in your first year

$95-105K annual base salary

Up to $6,000 annual performance bonus (paid monthly)

What You Bring

• completed Master’s degree
• in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
• Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
• TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
