Role Description

This is a full-time Clinical Supervisor, BCBA role at Lumary Therapy - 90% remote role. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for providing clinical oversight, supervision, and case management for clients receiving ABA therapy. The role involves conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans, training parents and caregivers, and monitoring progress. While the role is primarily located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Clinical Supervision skills
• Supervisory Skills and Case Management experience
• Possess a strong background in Psychology

Additionally, the ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. Previous experience in the field of ABA therapy and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is preferred.
