Job summary

Macomb County’s Community Mental Health department seeks a Clinical Supervisor - Assessment and Referral to lead clinical staff, supervise daily operations, and coordinate program outcomes. The role involves data collection, reporting, and collaboration with providers and community agencies to ensure appropriate care. Requires a Master’s in a mental health field and licensure (LMSW/LPC/LLP/LP).

Full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, 8:30 a.m. start.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health field and Licensure (LMSW/LPC/LLP/LP).
• Licensed in Michigan or eligible for licensure and privileging in MCCMH.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision to clinical staff including orientation, supervision meetings, performance reviews, case consultations, and monthly clinical team meetings.
• Implements program components, develops outcomes, monitors data, and prepares statistical reports.
• Acts as liaison with MCCMH providers, ICOs, Managed Care, and community agencies to coordinate health services.
