Magellan Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor, ASACS, in Stuttgart, Germany to oversee the clinical quality of care provided by counselors working with referred adolescents.
The role includes mentoring counselors, guiding high-risk decisions, and reviewing PCOMS data to ensure thorough assessments and treatment planning. The position requires a Master’s degree in counseling or social work, relevant licenses, and multiple certifications.
Responsible for the overall quality of clinical care provided by the counselors. Routinely mentors and provides guidance to Counselors about clinical care and approaches for all referred adolescents. Coordinates with Counselors with all decision making related to high-risk situations. Reviews PCOMS data for each counselor and provides consultation/mentorship as needed. Evaluates factors that may impact case management and implements a plan to streamline the process. Reviews all aspects of the client records to ensure compliance with ASACS SOP. Conducts clinical record reviews during on-site and virtual visits: ensures completion of peer reviews. Documents reviews, maintains file copies, and provides summary of findings in quarterly report. Reviews referral and treatment log for accuracy and completeness. Reviews initial multi-dimensional assessment and clinical impression for thoroughness and completeness; reviews written client individual service plan (ISP). Reviews progress notes for relevance to the multidimensional assessment, master problem index, and ISP. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
