Somethings is on a mission to end the youth mental health crisis by reducing the suicide rate for teens back to 2008 levels of 6.8 per 100,000 (1) for the 42 Million teens in the U.S. To combat this, we are creating the first scaled network of Certified Peer Specialists and building the most engaging mental health experience in the world for teenagers. We’ve found deep resonance with Medicaid Managed Care Organizations and State Health Agencies and we’re scaling to quickly towards serving hundreds of thousands of teens.
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind Somethings’ as we grow to serve thousands of teens. We are looking for someone who wants to scale up their clinical impact and help supervise our amazing Certified Peer Specialist Mentors. You’re a fit for this role if you love clinical work, but also enjoy managing people. You care deeply about others and want to help as many people as possible. This is your chance to join a fast growing startup aimed at solving the youth mental health crisis. You will get in on the ground floor and be able to help hundreds of teens feel their best and do so at scale. We have big ambitions, but treat each other extremely well and care deeply for one another.
Somethings is poised to be a first mover in the space of scaled peer support as much of mental health care moves towards Peers.
